SHIPPING & TIMELINES
Every Chitrasaar piece is made after you place the order — not before. We usually take 10–12 days to finish and dispatch it, and the courier needs another 3–5 days to reach you. If at any point we feel your order needs extra time, we’ll message you instead of keeping you guessing. Since we work on a made-to-order model, we request you to go through our shipping & return policy once before placing your order — it helps avoid surprises later.
