🌼 Return & Refund Policy
At Chitrasaar, each piece is thoughtfully made just for you — stitched to order, crafted with care, and checked lovingly before it leaves our studio. Because of this made-to-order nature, we do not offer refunds on any products once purchased.
However, if you face a size issue or receive a piece that isn’t up to our usual standards, we are happy to help with an exchange or a credit note, as long as the conditions listed below are met.
✨ How to Request a Return/Exchange
• Email us at chitrasaarbyunnati@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to guide you through the process.
• We may ask for photos or additional details to review your request — this helps us assess the situation accurately.
📌 Important Guidelines
• Products can be exchanged only once. A second exchange for the same order is not possible.
• Made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Items purchased during sale/discount periods are not eligible for return or refund unless a wrong or damaged piece has been delivered.
• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
🌍 International Orders
• Returns and refunds are not applicable for international orders.
• If a damaged item is received, we will evaluate the issue through email and photos.
• If confirmed, we will assist with a replacement, but the shipping and customs charges for sending the product back and receiving the new one must be covered by the customer.
🎨 Colour Accuracy
We try our best to display colours as accurately as possible.
However, small differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or device display.
